We are thrilled that LUXE fitness has been awarded a prestigious Constructing Excellence Award in the Conservation & Regeneration category. The competition was stiff as there were several other very strong schemes shortlisted throughout the region. The judges praised the quality and design of the scheme:
“A challenging project that has been executed to a very high standard”
“Excellent re-use of an old neglected building with innovative design sympathetically combined with the existing features”
The project involved a successful collaboration between all the consultants and the client to ensure that the design vision was successfully integrated into the listed building. Thank you to the whole team – it was a great effort from all those involved.
The project has now been put forward into the National Awards which will be announced on January 29th.
